Founded in 2010 by and his wife, TEF was built on a bold idea: Africa’s greatest resource is its people.

What began as a commitment to empower 10,000 entrepreneurs has since grown into one of the world’s most impactful entrepreneurship initiatives—nearly tripling its original target and reshaping how opportunity is created and scaled across Africa.

As Elumelu puts it:
