Real estate firm Optiven Limited<\/a> will issue title deeds to investors at Achievers Phase 2 in Kimuka, Ngong on 15th February 2025, as part of its ongoing efforts to provide legal ownership documents to property buyers.<\/p>\n

Speaking earlier on Tuesday, Optiven Group Chief Executive Officer, Dr. George Wachiuri<\/a>, reaffirmed the company\u2019s commitment to ensuring investors receive their title deeds promptly.<\/p>\n

He noted that owning land is a significant milestone, and having the title deed guarantees security for investors.<\/p>\n

“At Optiven<\/a>, we believe in transforming lives through property ownership. Ensuring that our investors receive their title deeds on time is a key part of our promise to them,”<\/em> Dr. Wachiuri<\/a> stated.<\/p>\n
