Reportage Properties, a global real estate giant valued at over $7 billion and operating in more than 14 countries, has partnered with Kenya\u2019s leading luxury real estate developer, SSS Developers, to launch a new project called Verdana in Dubai.<\/p>\n
This collaboration aims to provide affordable luxury housing options for Kenyans.<\/p>\n
During the project’s launch, SSS Marketing Director Mr. Kingmax Mbarire highlighted the rising demand for executive houses in Dubai, emphasizing the necessity of this investment.<\/p>\n

He pointed out that the continued increase in sales and the promotion of real estate projects underscore their strong performance and ability to adapt to market changes noting that by offering distinguished real estate units that cater to various investor segments, they continue to launch new projects that meet customer requirements.<\/p>\n
He said the Potential investors will be offered flexible installment payment plans of 3 years .<\/p>\n
\u201cPension funds in Kenya, high-net-worth individuals, chamas, and religious organizations can invest their money here and expect a very good return on investment,\u201d Mr. Mbarire stated.<\/p>\n

He also highlighted SSS Developers’ significant investments in the Kenyan real estate market, with plans to launch three additional projects worth over $100 million in the coming year.<\/p>\n
These projects are expected to create 500 direct jobs and 2,000 jobs through the value chain, directly impacting the Kenyan economy.<\/p>\n

Mr. Mbarire encouraged Kenyans to seize this investment opportunity, assuring them of high returns.<\/p>\n
